Hi I’m Kate, a certified CNM Health Coach, with a passion for Health & Wellness.

My mission is to help women live happier, healthier and feel better every single day, physically and mentally.

I'm your cheerleader! I can help you find the right tools for your mind, body and goals. I will share my personal strategies to live more wholesome and mindful, in a body you love. You're in the right hands!

After struggling with the corporate burn out of balancing life, work, relationships and being diagnosed as being peri menopausal in my late 30's I left the London life and decided to concentrate on ME and retrained to become a Health Coach so I can help women on a one to one basis navigate through the ups and downs of love, life and hormones.

As well as being a Health Coach I am a qualified Mindfulness Teacher.

For me, self-care isn’t about spending hours working out or meditating every day, but understanding how small moments and simple positive habits can make a really BIG difference to your wellbeing.

I want to you help you discover simple and effective tools you can use to help bring more calm, balance and joy into your day.

I work with women supporting them through all stages of their life and focusing on areas that need a little love and support. I work with busy mums juggling successful careers and children to create a healthy work life balance as well us coping with various illnesses that crop up along the way and how to incorporate healthy living in to their families lives.

My private coaching sessions are a one to one experience with ideas that are easy to integrate into your daily life.

My Zen Power sessions use mindfulness to give those who need a few hours for themselves to rest and rejuvenate.

More recently, I launched 'Wellness in the Workplace' where I run small intimate group sessions, demonstrations and one to one sessions to improve Health and Wellness in the workplace.
