You'll be amazed at how refreshing and rejuvenating it can be!

Next up are some guided meditations.

I will lead you through a series of meditations designed to help you relax, reduce stress and improve focus.

Whether you're a beginner or an experienced meditator, our guided sessions will help you find your inner peace.

After the meditations, you and your hens will start some journaling and manifestation work.

No retreat is complete without a little pampering!

I will provide some mini pampering treats, including face masks, hand massages, and foot soaks to help you to indulge and relax.

Then, you'll end the retreat with a delicious chocolate meditation!

  • Hen Night

    I booked Kate to host a mindfulness selfcare session for my best friends hen do.

    We wanted something different but chilled where we didnt have to leave the house and get dressed up.

    This was perfect! even some of the hens who were unsure enjoyed this session.

    We all felt very relaxed after the mindfullness session, kate ran a competition and my favourite part was when we all made some vision boards which was different but everyone really got stuck in. I have booked her again as it’s my turn to host an event for the school mums.

  • Girls Night

    I invited to Kate to a girls night I was hosting, Kate started the session with some stretching and then Kate provided us with some eye masks and started a relaxing mindfulness session which I found very stress relieving. At the end we had some herbal tea and Kate advised us how we can incorporate mindfulness into our daily lives and our children .
