Mindfulness for Busy Modern Lives is designed to help those that feel short on time, and like they have no time for self-care - but know they need to up their 'me time' and try and stress a little less… Whether it’s overwhelmed mums, time-poor professionals or people that generally feel stressed-out, and a bit frazzled by our frantic, chaotic modern-day lifestyles. All of my mindfulness tools and meditations are just 2-10 minutes long – helping busy people to take ‘10 of zen’.
